Dear Lucy becomes a Certified HubSpot App Partner

Today, we are happy to announce that Dear Lucy has earned the HubSpot Certified App Partner designation! This is an exciting step for us on our growth journey and we look forward to working even more closely with the HubSpot ecosystem. In order to be certified, the app has to pass an extra technical and quality review by HubSpot’s team of developers.

HubSpot works hand-in-hand with App Partners to help grow their business through extending the product value of their apps and distributing quality apps through the HubSpot App Marketplace.

What does it take to be certified?

HubSpot certified integrations demonstrate an investment in product quality and customer experience. Some of the criteria for being certified include:

  • 6+ months on the Marketplace and a sufficient amount of installs

  • The volume of API requests

  • Good standing

  • Technical quality

  • User experience

  • Support documentation
