Mount Arbor is an inbound growth agency located in Dublin, Ireland, the home city of HubSpot European Headquarters. Mount Arbor, founded in 2017, was one of the first partners to offer Sales Services on the HubSpot Sales Hub and the very first European Sales Hub Partner agency.

Mount Arbor’s core is to align growing sales organisations around a common vision and help businesses find ways to use technology and strategy to achieve both their short term and long term goals.

Mount Arbor helps B2B sales leaders transitioning to a new CRM or trying to get a handle on their existing one after it has become too complex. In order to improve efficiencies in their sales process for customer acquisition and competitive advantage, they offer expertise in Inbound sales methodology. They also provide strategic direction, training and implementation of modern, automated sales practices that take advantage of customer data.

Most importantly, like Dear Lucy, Mount Arbor understands people, one of the most important and unpredictable elements of longer sales cycles, and how to incorporate variable, unpredictable behaviours into a predictable sales engine.

Helping Companies Grow Through Aligned Sales Metrics

Mount Arbor have worked with several international sales organisations including Zutec, Boxever, Salesforce, Google, Altify, Vodafone and others. Together, Mount Arbor and Dear Lucy aim to help companies running on HubSpot visualize their sales and marketing data to maximize the full potential of data-driven decision making.

“Dear Lucy is the answer we have been looking for when it comes to understanding and interpreting data for our clients. What we’ve found is that different areas of the business want to know different things to help them drive growth. A CEO wants a better view of revenue growth and pipeline, for example, while the Head of Marketing is more interested in seeing attribution and how leads are progressing through sales to close.” comments Andrew McAvinchey, the Managing Director of Mount Arbor.

“By presenting sales reports and analysis in a way that prioritises the customer’s point of view over everything else, we are able to move straight to valuable and actionable conversations about how we can grow the business in the short and medium-term, together,” Andrew explains.

“Mount Arbor is a great fit for us in the HubSpot Ecosystem,” comments Taina Sipilä, the Founder and CEO of Dear Lucy. “With our launch in the HubSpot App Marketplace, we are now actively searching for partners working with HubSpot Sales Hub and modern, growing sales teams. Dublin is one of the key tech hubs in Europe, so having a friendly face on the ground in Dublin also made sense for us.“ Taina adds.

Sales, Revenue and Marketing Dashboards for HubSpot

Dear Lucy has a “plug & play” integration to HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing, and the solution was recently listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace. The integration makes setting up sales, revenue and marketing dashboards lightning fast. The highly visual dashboards are designed to be shared to make it easy to bring real-time data to the day-to-day work of teams of various sizes.

“Dear Lucy offers our clients a way to see past their stories and assumptions in a way that empowers them to present and discuss the truth with everyone in the company. Having visibility to key sales metrics in dashboards that are tailor-made for key stakeholders for each department means that senior leadership teams, board members and investors can align sales, marketing and services around a common vision, based on goals and trends that are clearly visible and understood by everyone who contributes to growth” concludes Andrew.

Andrew and Taina at Dublin HUG in November 2019

Andrew hosted the Dublin HUG (HubSpot User Group) event at the HubSpot European Office November 28, 2019.

HubSpot User Groups (HUGs) are free, in-person meetups that are open to all HubSpot users. HUGs are typically hosted by a local HubSpot Agency Partner, and are designed to help those using or evaluating HubSpot to master all things strategy and software.
