We are happy to introduce renewed Dear Lucy Settings! Our aim is to offer you a smooth and effortless experience when using Dear Lucy and this renewal is part of that work.
In the renewed Settings, you will find
A new homepage
More intuitive navigation
New, cleaner look & feel
Improved mobile usability
Ability to add drop-downs to compare data across the company
Easier access to support resources
Here’s a quick look at each one:
A New Homepage
The new homepage is your new starting page in Settings. If you are brand new to Dear Lucy, the homepage will guide you through the key steps to set-up Dear Lucy.
The homepage provides you with
an overview of your current set-up and
shortcuts to main admin functionalities
The homepage displays the number of dashboards currently in use, the number of integrations activated and the number of users invited to use Dear Lucy.
More intuitive navigation
The new, simplified structure makes it easier to quickly find what you are looking for. The three main sections are Dashboards, Integrations and Users - allowing you to find all options related to each topic on the same page.
In addition, there’s a separate section for managing your company-wide Account settings such as currency, time and date formats and billing details.
New, cleaner look & feel
The new, cleaner “look and feel” is designed to bring simplicity to Dear Lucy and make it smooth and enjoyable to use.
Improved mobile usability
The updated Settings provides an improved mobile experience and allows you to use the most functionalities also on your smartphone.
The only thing we have reserved for bigger screens is the changing of the dashboard layouts as that simply requires a bit more space. So if you are looking to rearrange or resize the tiles on your dashboards, we recommend you to log-in to Settings from your tablet, laptop or a desktop.
Ability to add drop-downs to compare data across the company
Dear Lucy drop-down filters make it easy to compare key business numbers across the company be it in various countries, units, teams or locations. The drop-down filters even allow you to view key sales data per salesperson if you so wish.
Adding drop-down filters by important business dimensions also allows you to easily define goals per unit or team to Dear Lucy. This allows you to keep track of the same metrics across the company and always compare performance to defined goals in a single view.
The Dashboards page is where you make all edits and modifications to your existing dashboards, create new dashboards or delete unnecessary dashboards.
That is where you find the new “Add drop-down” button. You can currently add drop-down filters that allow you to view:
Pipedrive and HubSpot sales metrics by country, person, deal type or pipeline
Project management metrics by country, manager or employee
Human resource data by country, company, contract type, location, team, department, business unit
Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram metrics s by page
Easier access to our support resources
We wanted to make it easier for you to find support resources whenever you need, so we added a ?-button for instant access to our support site. On a desktop view, the button is on the top right-hand corner and will stay visible at all times.
Sounds great, how can I get it?
These changes are available to you already, so start playing around at your leisure. And do let us know what you think!
Please note that Dear Lucy Settings is only visible to admin level users.
