Dear Lucy utilizes the APIs to integrate to these systems. This makes the set-up incredibly quick. Dear Lucy has designed pre-built sales dashboards for the most typical use cases: sales performance tracking, sales team leaderboards, sales team activity follow-up, sales reporting to top management and even reporting views for the board of directors. Dear Lucy also calculates a real-time sales forecast based on company’s CRM data.
